ITT 3-D Radars For Egypt Pentagon Contract Announcement

ITT Gilfillan Division of ITT Industries, Inc., Van Nuys, Calif., is
being awarded a $142,763,800 firm-fixed-priced letter contract for six
SPS-48E three-dimensional land-based radar systems and associated supplies and services, to the Arab Republic of Egypt under the Foreign Military Sales program.

Work will be performed in Van Nuys, Calif., and is expected to be
completed by January 2006.

Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
This contract was not competitively procured.

The Marine Corps Systems Command, Quantico, Va., is the contracting
activity.
