3-Jan 2007 The Match for Peace will be held for a second year Wednesday night (Dec 27, 2006) at the Seville Olympic Stadium in Spain. Israeli and Palestinian soccer players will come together as a Peace Team to play against a team of Andalucian soccer stars from the Spanish Premier League. The event, which is organized by the Peres Center for Peace, will be hosted by the Junta de Andalucia.

The Balfour Declaration was issued in the form of a letter from the British Foreign Secretary, Lord Arthur James Balfour, to Lord Rothschild. It was delivered to Chaim Weizmann, a Zionist activist, expressing British support for a Jewish "national home" in Palestine.
